Pronounced: POP-PAR-DELL-LAY

This hand cut, hearty pasta is a fan favorite, and for good reason! The name pappardelle comes from the Latin verb ‘pappare’, which is literally 'to eat'. This word is still in use in the Tuscan dialect to indicate 'an almost childlike pleasure of consuming food with curiosity and ample satisfaction.'

Best served with rich sauces such as our Ragù alla Bolognese.

Recommended serving size: 100 grams per adult, 60 grams per child.

Sold in quantities of 500 grams per package.

Item available only for pre-order. Order by Thursday at midnight for pick up on Saturday from 10am to 8pm.
