WHAT DOES ZAFFO'S OFFER?
Ciao! Thanks for checking us out. Zaffo's Artisan Pasta is a local food business in Salt Lake City, UT. We offer fresh pasta, cooked to order and ready to take away and enjoy. Choose one of four different cuts of fresh pasta and one of five sauces and we'll prepare it fresh in front of your eyes. We take our inspiration from pasta's origins in Italy as a street food.

We also offer a selection of homemade Italian desserts and drinks to round out a perfect Italian meal. Buon appetito!
WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
We are open Fridays and Saturdays for lunch and dinner, from 11 am - 9 pm. We are located at ComCom Kitchen on 67 W 1700 S, Salt Lake City, UT.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Avoid the additional delivery fee by picking up directly from our ComCom Kitchen location. Fresh pasta made and eaten on the spot is even more delicious, in our opinion!
WHICH TYPES OF PASTA CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
We offer fresh spaghetti, fettuccine, reginette, and pappardelle. We guarantee you'll love them all, so you can't go wrong!
WHICH TYPES OF SAUCE CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
We offer a simple San Marzano tomato sauce with basil, San Marzano tomato sauce with soffritto (veggies), Pesto alla Genovese (classic basil pesto), Spinach-Pecan pesto, and a hearty Ragù alla Bolognese.
WHAT MAKES FRESH PASTA DIFFERENT FROM THE CONVENTIONAL DRIED PASTA AT THE GROCERY STORE?
Great question! If you've never had fresh pasta prepare to have your mind blown.

Fresh pasta has a much softer, smoother texture and richer taste due to the added fats from the egg. Fresh pasta also cooks significantly faster (2-4 minutes, depending on the cut) so you can enjoy a delicious, satisfying meal in less than five minutes.

HOW LONG WILL MY FRESH PASTA LAST?
Fresh pasta is most delicious when eaten, well, fresh!
It's so good we don't think you'll have to store leftovers, however if you do it will stay fresh up to two days in the refrigerator. Be sure to remove the plastic lid of your to-go container before reheating in the microwave.
CAN I PURCHASE UNCOOKED, FRESH PASTA FROM YOU?
Absolutely! Take a look at our "pre-order" page for options. We sell our fresh pasta in 500 gram packets (about 1.1 pounds or 4-5 adult-sized portions).
DO YOU HAVE LASAGNAS?
We do! Choose from Ragù alla Bolognese or Pesto alla Genovese (basil pesto). We offer three sizes: 1-2 serving(s), 6-8 servings, or 12-15 servings. Pre-order on our website before midnight on Thursday to pickup at our ComCom Kitchen location between 10am-8pm the following Saturday. Perfect for events, family gatherings, or simply a delicious night in.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN PASTA?
Not yet but we are hard at work perfecting our gluten free and vegan pastas. Hopefully soon!

We do! We now offer catering for groups up to 100. Are you planning a work event or special meal with family and friends? Let us bring Italy to you! WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?
In Italy there's a saying "sei cosa mangi" (you are what you eat) and we take that very seriously. We source only the best local ingredients, and everything we can't source locally comes directly from Italy.
